With over two decades of dedicated experience in the complex rehab and access industry, my mission is to fundamentally improve how patient care is delivered. My career started on the technical and service side, which gave me a deep understanding of the equipment. As an ATP I learned the value of the clinical side, but I realized my true passion was directly supporting co-workers to create solutions within the rules of the industry, so they can serve as many patients as possible.

Today, as the CEO of KJK Service, I am actively working to disrupt the traditional CRT and Access model. I believe that the professionals caring for our patients should be empowered to focus entirely on matching patients with the most appropriate outcomes. My goal is to cultivate environments where patient outcomes, professional accountability, and ethical treatment are the sole measurements of success.

Personal Interests:

Outside of work, I am a proud resident of the Zionsville area. I've been involved in our local community youth sports, spending time serving as a coach for the Indiana Mustangs travel baseball and supporting the Zionsville Baseball Club. I enjoy golf and spending time with my family. I have been a IHSAA licenced umpire and served on several non-profit boards.
